Dr. Andrea Jordheim, DC CFMP, is a Certified Gluten Practitioner gluten sensitivity, Grand Junction, CO.with extensive knowledge and clinical experience in the field of gluten-related disorders including the causes of non-celiac gluten sensitivity (NCGS) and celiac disease (CD), allowing her to effectively treat and educate her patients about these conditions.

For patients who receive a diagnosis (often that of CD) it is very common for these patients to also have other food sensitivities that can lead to cross-reactivity with gluten antibodies in their system.
